More intensive failures involving firmware, circuitry, and more advanced mechanical failures. Good chances for in-shop recovery, but may need to be upgraded to tier 3 service for a full recovery.
Catastrophic failure. Typically requires cleanroom level service. The most difficult type of recovery. Level 3 cleanroom services required and a free evaluation
